Thank you for supporting our mission through your purchase. Every item helps us continue creating hope and advocacy for families impacted by childhood cancer.

Because our merchandise directly supports our nonprofit programs, we ask that returns be limited to situations where there is an issue with your order.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Items must be unused and in original condition when possible.

• Customized or limited-run fundraising items are generally non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work quickly to make it right.
